This Privacy Notice describes how More Dash Inc (“DressX”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes Personal Information (as defined below) in connection with our website https://dressxme.com/ (the “Site”), and the related content, platform, services, and other functionality offered on or through our online services, ONCHAIN.dressx.com (our non-fungible token (Digital Collectible(s)) program), and mobile applications (which are referred to together with the Sites in this Privacy Notice as the “Services”).

This Privacy Notice is designed to apply to our Site visitors, users of our Services and other companies and users on a global basis. We may choose or be required by law to provide additional disclosures relating to the processing of Personal Information in certain countries, regions or states.

Purpose: to send product updates, manage subscriptions, and personalize promotional content. -
Digital Collectible(s) Information
Examples: ownership info, digital assets/tokens, transfers, payments, smart contracts, metadata
Purpose: to deliver services via ONCHAIN.dressx.com, ensure transaction integrity, and prevent fraud. -
Cryptocurrency Wallet Information
Examples: wallet username/address, type, asset amounts, balances
Purpose: to fulfill purchases, facilitate transactions, and detect unauthorized activity.

Personal Information Automatically Collected
As is true of most digital platforms, we and our third-party providers and partners collect certain Personal Information automatically when you visit or interact with our websites and:
- Log Data: IP address, operating system, browser type/ID, URL entered, referring page, visit date/time, time spent, errors encountered.
- Analytics Data: Clickstream data including pages viewed, links clicked, objects interacted with, navigation paths and activity throughout the Service.
- Location Data: General geographic location based on log data or, when permitted by law, more precise data.
- Application Data: If you use our mobile or browser apps, we may collect data about your interactions with third-party websites and services, and precise location when enabled.
- Photo Metadata: Device model, camera settings (e.g., ISO, shutter), image data (format, size, resolution), geotags, etc.
Our third-party partners like Snap Inc. (SnapCameraKit) and Apple (TrueDepth camera) may collect this information to enhance AR features. Snap Inc. does not store or share TrueDepth camera data. View Snap Inc. Privacy Policy.
We do not collect or share any Face Data with our app.

Other Uses of Personal Information
In addition to the uses described above, we may collect and use Personal Information for the following purposes:
- To operate the Service and provide features and functionality.

How We Share Personal Information
We may share your Personal Information with service providers, partners, or other third parties for business purposes, including:

- AR Providers: We share data with Snap, Apple, and similar providers for AR feature delivery.
- Service Providers: For payment processing, web hosting, shipping, analytics, customer support, blockchain facilitation, etc., under confidentiality obligations.
- Business Partners: For marketing and transactional purposes where applicable, including relevant product/service recommendations.
- Within DressX: Shared within companies owned or controlled by Guidance or common ownership with DressX.
- Online Advertising Partners: Including ad networks, social platforms, and analytics providers for interest-based and demographic-based targeting. See our Cookie Notice to opt out.
- Digital Collectible(s) Platform: Your crypto wallet activity on the blockchain is public and accessible by design.
- Legal Requirements: When required to comply with law, subpoenas, protect rights or enforce our terms.
- Corporate Transactions: Your data may be transferred in mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcy, or other business transitions.
- With Your Consent: Where you've given permission to share your data with others.
- Aggregated/Anonymized: We may share data that does not reasonably identify you as an individual.
Control Over Your Information
Email Communications
We may send you emails about updates to our Site, products, services, organizational notices, or third-party promotional offers. To unsubscribe, click the “unsubscribe” link in any promotional email. Note: you cannot opt out of essential service-related emails (e.g., account verification, transaction confirmations, legal notices).
Modifying Account Information
If you have an account with us, you can edit your information through your profile or settings page. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of your Personal Information by contacting us at the email provided below. We may request verification of your identity before proceeding and cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled.
SMS Text Communications
You may opt out of promotional SMS messages at any time. This will not prevent you from receiving important service-related messages (e.g., verification). To opt out, reply STOP to a promotional SMS or email hello@dressxme.com with your phone number and opt-out request. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.
Children’s Personal Information
Our Service is not directed to and does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the Site or submit Personal Information. If we learn that we have received information from a child under 13, we will delete it. Parents or guardians may contact us to request removal of such data.

These California Privacy Disclosures supplement our Privacy Notice and apply only to residents of California under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”).
Definition
Under CCPA, “Personal Information” does not include publicly available data, deidentified or aggregated information, or employee data (for now).

To exercise your rights to access, know, or delete your Personal Information, you may:

We will verify your identity before processing your request. Verification may require account login, matching data (e.g., email, phone, date of last transaction), or additional information. If we cannot verify your identity or locate your data, we may decline the request and will explain why.
Authorized Agents
California residents may appoint an authorized agent to submit requests on their behalf. We will verify the agent’s authority by:
- Receiving a valid California power of attorney
- Receiving signed permission and direct confirmation from the user
For opt-out of sales requests, signed authorization is required from the user.
California’s Shine the Light
Under California Civil Code §1798.83, California residents with an established business relationship with us may request information about disclosures of Personal Information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.

While we are primarily based in the United States, DressX maintains operations in Europe and may direct our services to individuals located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), United Kingdom and Switzerland, including through our Site https://dressxme.com/ (collectively, our “European Services”).
More Dash Inc., a company incorporated in the United States, with registered address at 1925 Century Park E, #1700, Los Angeles CA 90067, is the data “controller” for the European Services. You can contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at dpo@dressxme.com.

- Your device (e.g., IP address, model, browser, OS)
- Your usage patterns and settings (e.g., frequency, language)

Combined and Anonymized Data
We may link collected information, and anonymize it for research, testing, analysis, and improvement of the Services. Anonymized data may be shared with others.
Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as needed for the purposes described in Annex 1 and 2. Retention depends on the legal basis:
- Legitimate Interests: Retained for a reasonable time, considering rights and freedoms
- Consent: Retained until withdrawn or until the service is fulfilled
- Contract: Retained for contract duration + limited statutory period
- Legal Obligation: Retained as long as required to meet legal duties
- Legal Claims: Retained under legal hold until resolution of potential claims
