This Complaint Policy outlines how users can report concerns, request removal of harmful content, or appeal moderation decisions.

1. What Can Be Reported

You may submit a complaint if you believe that:

  • Your image, likeness, or personal data has been used without consent;
  • The generated content is sexualized, explicit, hateful, or harassing;
  • The uploaded photo or generated output involves minors;
  • Any user activity violates our Terms of Service.

2. How to Submit a Complaint

To file a complaint, please email us at support@dressxme.com with the subject line "Complaint Submission – DressX.me", and include:

  • Your full name and contact information;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Links or screenshots showing the problematic content;
  • Proof of your identity or consent if relevant.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 72 hours and respond within 14 days.

3. What Happens Next

  • Our moderation team will review your report and determine if the content violates our policies.
  • If confirmed, we will remove or restrict access to the content immediately.
  • If more information is needed, we may contact you for clarification.
  • You will receive a written notification of the outcome.

4. Appeals

If you disagree with our moderation decision, you may submit an appeal within 7 days of receiving our response by emailing support@dressxme.com with the subject line "Appeal – DressX.me".

Appeals will be reviewed by a senior moderator not involved in the initial decision.

5. False or Malicious Reports

Submitting false, misleading, or abusive complaints may result in account suspension.
