CONTENT REMOVAL POLICY

To protect users and prevent misuse of AI-generated imagery, DressX.me enforces a strict content moderation policy.
This policy explains how and why we remove content, and how users can request removal.
1. Reasons for Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any uploaded or generated content that:
- Violates our Terms of Service;
- Depicts non-consensual, sexualized, or explicit imagery;
- Includes minors or appears to depict individuals under 18;
- Uses celebrity or public figure likenesses without authorization;
- Contains hate speech, violence, or harassment;
- Attempts to bypass moderation or create harmful content;
- Involves copyrighted materials without rights or permission.
2. Moderation Process
Our moderation system uses both automated detection and manual review to identify violations.
Examples of moderation controls include:
- Celebrity face filtering to prevent non-consensual or deepfake content;
- Age-detection filters to flag underage or potentially unsafe photos;
- Content scanning for nudity or sexual material;
- Manual review for reported or borderline cases.
DressX.me may disable generation or remove outputs that violate these standards.
3. How to Request Removal
If you believe your image or likeness has been used without consent:
To file a complaint, please email us at support@dressxme.com with the subject line "Complaint Submission – DressX.me", and include:

- The link or screenshot of the content;
- A description of the issue;
- Proof of your identity or consent ownership.
We will review and, if appropriate, remove the content within 72 hours.
4. Retention
Removed content may be temporarily retained for security or compliance purposes but will not be publicly visible or used for AI training.
5. Enforcement
Repeated or severe violations may lead to permanent account suspension or referral to law enforcement.
